I was booked in for a massage today with Rob and the whole experience was fantastic.
The room was extremely welcoming with a calm aroma and beautiful soft scents creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The whole experience was very comfortable with Rob asking my preference and understanding what I need before we started.
Rob ensured my dignity at all times during my massage. I felt very comfortable throughout the session.
The massage it self felt great, with the perfect amount of pressure. My body was left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Rob is a friendly massage therapist. He ensured that I was fully comfortable throughout my massage treatment ensuring the room was warm and comfortable as well as smelling amazing. A real relaxing experience. He consulted thoroughly about what I wanted from the massage and the reason behind me getting a massage, he also discussed the benefits of regular massages with me! He also took time to ensure the pressure was right. He was amazing at tailoring the massage to me as an individual by ensuring he worked on key areas I struggle with. Rob took his time to ensure the pressure was right and that each part of my body got exactly the attention it needed, getting rid of lots of knots along the way. I am currently receiving regular massage therapy from Rob at Fika Holistics massage. I found the whole experience relaxing, whilst being personalised to my needs. Rob will always check what i need at each massage appointment and make sure that i am happy with the pressure and speed etc. Each massage has helped with some issues with my back and shoulders which had caused headaches and some lower back pain. I found that the 90 minute full body massage leaves me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. As a busy mum i need this so much. 5 star massage and 5 star service all round from Fika Holistics.Owner response

Rob from Fika is an absolute gem! As I work from home I was experiencing back and neck pain and wanted a massage to help me and my muscles relax. Rob was super flexible and accommodating to my needs. He was very respectful talking me though what he can offer and made me feel comfortable through the entire massage. The massage was amazing, really helped to work out some knots and helped me to relax and feel so much better after just one session. Went for my massage today. Rob was wonderful, attentive to what I needed, massaged away my aches and pains, nothing was too much trouble. Managed to get rid of the knots. Very good person centred massage, in areas that are not normally worked on. good aftercare regarding what to expect after the massage and discussed future appointment. 5 star service will be back!

Fantastic massage experience, masseur was very thorough had a good firm technique and made sue I was comfortable and pressure was ok throughout. Nice comfortable treatment room, friendly and great experience.

Lovely relaxing session. Considerate approach and really effective relaxing technique. If you're a newbie to treating yourself to some self care and downtime, I'd thoroughly recommend booking yourself in. I will be a regular.

Went to see Rob today .. I explained I suffer with Fibro and syatica really bad and Rob worked on the whole body absolutely fantastic . Would highly recommend. X
